So here is my response to Ben Fold’s “Ode to Merton”. As many of you know, I have been doing my little Ustream.tv live all request piano show for some time, and when I saw this Merton video, I thought, “hey, that looks familiar”. And since I also have been making silly ringtones for a while now, I thought, “hey, this would be a fun little twist on things”.
So I made the “Ode to the Chat-Ringtone” in honor of Ben’s “Ode to Merton”, the Chatroulette video. I am a huge fan of Ben’s, if you haven’t guessed. Not just because he also lives in Nashville like me, but because he has inspired me to think outside the box musically and because he rocks.
